Golf
I was always a sports girl. I learned how to skate, ski, swim, play basketball, tennis and Ping-Pong {Table Tennis}.
At the age of 10 and a half, I started playing golf. I felt it was "love at the first sight!" The smell of freshly cut grass, the sound of crispy, perfectly struck iron shot... Everything kept pulling me to play golf again. The atmosphere on the golf course was and still very inviting. I spend 4 hours trying to put the white ball in the hole with the least number of shots.
Not like other players, no one in my family played golf. As weird as it may sounds, me and my sister where the first.
It's been a good 3 years and half, I developed a "feel" for the game. My love for the game grows day by day stronger. I feel that golf has became a part of my life that will never be taken away.
On the golf course, I try to be less technical. Instead, I try to imaginative. My swing isn't a "model" swing, it is very natural. I feel like I have grown up faster on the golf course, because golf taught me many lessons like: being patient, it made me stronger mentally, it taught me integrity and sportsmanship. I've always admired those lessons.
My future aspirations are to turn pro, and play in the 2016 Golf Olympics. My favorite players are: Bobby Jones, Seve Ballesteros, The Golden Bear, Rory McIlRoy, Sergio Garcia, Luke Donald, Yani Tseng.
Golf gives you an insight into human nature, your own as well as your opponent's. ~Grantland Rice
